Goat Meat Nutritional Chart

It is said that goat meat is eaten by 70% of the world's population. When you look at the nutrional information, it is easy to understand why!  Goat meat is very lean. It cooks up much like venison (Deer meat). Due to its leanness, not much fat is melting as the meat cooks to tenderize the meat and as such needs to be cooked slow (longer cook time), low (lower temperature) and wet (more moisture)!
